Fall/winter season

The fall/winter hunting season runs from September through February. You may employ your preferred method of hunting.

Moose hunts are available by belling, stalking, surrounding, or using a blind that is provided. Our hunting dogs are also available if you wish to use them to track your prey.

Bear hunts are available by stalking, tracking with dogs, or using a blind.

Hunting dogs can also help track beaver, badger, lynx, marten, squirrel, and hare (rabbit).

Forage grassland and self-feeding stations guarantee a successful experience.

Capercailye and black game hunt with dogs and/or stuffed animals is successful in the fall. It is also a good season for shooting hazel grouse or woodcock.
